Convert PMX to 3MF for free

PMX is a model file format used in Japanese MMD (MikuMikuDance) software, the full name is Polygon Model eXtended. The PMX format has better extensibility and functionality than the original PMF (Polygon Movie Format) and PMD (Polygon Model Data) formats of MMD.
