AMF

The AMF or Additive Manufacturing File Format is an open standard 3D file format primarily used for additive manufacturing processes such as 3D printing. The initial version of this file was released in 2011, and the format is still being developed today.

As a 3D file format, it uses XML-based content to describe one or more 3D objects, which are broken down into solid volumes defined by vertices and triangles. The format supports color and texture materials.
